Chapter 99. Red Lakes

Hearing what the beta had just said, Maddox quickly pulled out his phone, and he was met with so many notifications. His phone was blowing up. He unlocked the device and went straight to the internet, and everyone was talking about how the lakes in the town were getting red like blood.

This was a national emergency because the lakes were a huge source of water for the pack. As alpha, this was his responsibility to make sure that things were back to normal, even though he had no idea how he was going to do that.
