Chapter 98. Patient Rights

Alpha Maddox walked down the hallway and passed by a few offices until he reached the one at the end, the exact one that the woman in the elevator had described. When he had closed the distance between him and the glass door, he could see Elijah, but the guy was not alone.

He was with another guy, and they were talking. It looked like they were talking about something important. They looked deep in conversation.But it was almost as if the doctor had sensed his presence because he turned his attention towards the door. He stared for a few long seconds before turning back to the guy who was in the office with him. He said something to the guy and then stood up from his chair.

Both of them walked towards the door, and he opened it, allowing the guy to walk out before finally addressing the alpha. “What do you want?”
