“Hey! Didn’t your Mom tell you two not to play in the living room?” Kade picked up Archer and Dane in both arms.
They burst into giggles as their Dad carried them out on the porch, where their Great Grandmother Athena was having tea.
I sighed when Kade came back to me. “I can’t wait for Dad to pick them up so they can go fishing or whatever it is he does to keep them occupied.”
Kade chuckled. “So we can have alone time.” He towered over me before he pulled me close for a kiss.
