Hazel’s POV
I drove away from Stavros’s house in a fit of jealousy. I was right all along. He was living with another female now. Everything was over between us. I wouldn’t let it affect me at all. It was good that I had the support of my family and friends. I didn’t need him in my life.
When I couldn’t unlock the main door with my keys, I was in a soup, but Dante sent Aunt Cassie from the packhouse. She had a spare set of keys with her and returned to Lucania last night after Zephyrus gained control over Lucania. For the last twenty years, she had been living a rogue’s life in Inuvik instead of returning to granny’s house in Alaska. Obviously, I knew the reason behind it. She wanted a free life!
