"Hey!"

Maya slid into the space beside him, offering the brunette a soft smile. Derek returned the gesture by nodding once, shifting so she could sit comfortably. 

"Hey," He greeted back. That was when Maya noticed they were matching, he had on a blue collared-neck shirt and dark jeans while she was wearing a similar-coloured tank top with a black flannel.

"We're matching," She informed him and his eyes when he noticed it too. She chuckled softly at the stunned look on his face.

The library was fairly busy today, more students were hanging around the building and it didn't come as a shock, everyone was serious when it came to their exams. Derek had texted her a little while ago, asking to see her in the library. At first, she found the request strange but agreed later on.
