Caroline's POV

He smiled, and he seemed really satisfied with my response. He opened the door and turned towards me with a smile that reached his eyes. "Alright then, since that's settled, why don't we call it a night?" He asked, and I realized immediately that it had been a plan the whole time.

He wanted to get my response towards his plan, but why had suddenly let it go? What did he plan to do if I had said no? I was quite suspicious that what it was wouldn't be good.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before opening them back and looking at him, then I walked to the door with a frown. He followed me and just when I was about walking further away, he held my hand and turned me around.
