Sophia's POV

I stepped into the bathroom and tried the shower, but nothing came out. No water at all. Not wanting to disturb Derick, who was in the middle of an important call, I made my way to one of the bathrooms downstairs instead. After a quick shower, I wrapped myself in a towel and started drying my hair.

Flipping it back, my foot slipped on the tile, and I nearly went down entirely, only for someone to catch me from behind at the last second. I turned to find Lucas, his hands steady on my arms.
