Chapter 85. Can’t Take It Anymore

Iris’s POV

“My notes are just a reflection of what I feel,” he said. “I poured out my heart and soul to you in those notes. How can they be lies?” he asked.

“And yet, you are leaving me here, without as much as a kiss,” I said, looking him straight in the eye. “I have always believed that action Speaks louder than words!”

He had been about to turn away when my words stopped him, he swirled round again and stared at me in disbelief and then, the words must have sunk in, because he rushed to my side again, drew me roughly into his arms and started kissing me passionately.

“Hmmmmh,” I moaned as I responded to his kisses just as passionately.

He carried me with my legs wrapped round his waist. Still kissing he kicked open the door to our room and kicked it shut again, depositing me on the bed. I hadn’t been aware of any movement to our room until he kicked the door open. I had been carried away by the sweetness of our kiss.
