Anita’s POV
And Logan was right—the plane food wasn’t it at all.
If I were to rate it, I would say a 5/10.
I was so glad that I had eaten the food he gave me earlier.
We had barely boarded for thirty minutes when they started serving us our meals.
Mia and Blue both sat beside me, and not long into the flight, they both slept off.
Luckily, they had blankets, and they weren’t that cold.
According to Richard, I was going “home.”
With the only people I knew being Richard, Reagan, and Logan—oh, and also Jay—one would have thought that I was going to be scared of going with them to a place where I probably couldn’t remember.
It was very comfortable in the plane, and that was only because Richard booked a first-class flight for just a 3-hour journey.
He was rich, that was obvious, but how was he also so humble and well-mannered?
I had nothing to do, and Richard was sound asleep. I was the only one awake.
