Chapter 65. What You Feel
Rachel had enough. She doesn’t want to stay longer after they finish dinner. One roll of music and she instantly hitched Ezekiel’s hand away from the dining hall. She is already torn of what she’s doing: whether she would continue being his pianist, or she’d be considering the offer made from Amara.
But all of this was absurd. The connection she had with Luther and Amara wasn’t in her memories. Rachel got too carried away by the fact that she just came back in time, and thought that what she did would just follow the path, but this isn’t the case.
She wanted to cut ties with them both, and in order to do that, she had to forget what Ezekiel built for her. She’s not on good terms with Luther, and maybe with Amara, too, even though she knew in the present time, both of them were just victims of love.
It is not her fault Ezekiel fell in love with her. It was maybe Rachel’s, but men are men.
