Chapter 71. Back-handed

Bruce and Maurice made their way to the airport, the processes and queues then finally made it into the plane before breathing a sigh of relief. No one had stopped them, it seemed that Ivy had it down.

“Have you informed your agency base of our arrival?”

“Yeah, I sent them our itinerary so they will be ready to pick us up at the airport.”

“Oh and your little girlfriend did good, hopefully Young Master Ethan doesn’t notice the discrepancy anytime soon. We need to be airborne before I can breathe easily.”

Bruce nodded and they both closed their eyes and counted the minutes till the pilot’s announcement came through the speakers. Bruce tried not to smile as he imagined the type of ruckus Ivy had managed to cause at the Harrington mansion.
