Chapter 14. Taking Things Slow

Mika recalled the night they spent together, "What's wrong with me? Why am I sleeping with Sam again?" she wondered, shaking her head as she entered the restaurant where she wanted to eat breakfast. 

Her eyes widened as she walked in. Mika's heart was racing as she reached the restaurant where she and Alex had arranged to meet for their date. They'd been together for a year, and she was looking forward to spending the evening with the man she adored.
