Chapter 60. Who Are You?

As Mary stood face to face with the man, her eyes blazed with rage, the dimly lighted room was heavy with tension. John appeared unkempt and tired, his shoulders sinking under the weight of his failure. The aim had been clear: get Mika out of their lives. Yet, once again, John had disappointed Mary.
