Chapter 59. Mission Failed: Sevi Saves Mika

The hum of bustle filled the streets of the bustling city. Mika was smilingly walking in the streets. She was about to walk when suddenly she saw the man once again. Mika raced onward, oblivious to the stranger who followed her every step. The man accelerated his speed, his face disguised beneath a cap and dark sunglasses, desperate to get rid of Mika once and for all. 

Mika looked back as she turned the corner, a glimmer of anxiety in her eyes. She couldn't shake the feeling that she was being followed. Mika's quick-witted buddy Sevi saw her concern and started to look into it. He sped through the crowd, darting in and out of people, till he came across the enigmatic figure. 

Sevi kept a low profile, slipping behind newspaper kiosks and sliding into the shadows. He couldn't allow Mika get hurt. Sevi's heart hammered in his chest as he closed in on the man. He needed to interfere before it was too late.
