Chapter 13

Conrad's POV

The rain intensified with each passing second. What was a light drizzle in the morning had turned into an almost torrential downpour. We decided to go to the aquarium to stop dragging things out. It had been a day since we drank ourselves into oblivion. The guys had let some work pile up, and I helped them get through it all in a day. Gwen and Johan assisted me. It was challenging because some people understood things slowly, while others didn't understand anything at all. Those who did grasp what to do either did it quickly or very slowly.

I tried to help everyone at the same time. I discovered that literature was more difficult for them than other subjects. They could pass it and even excel academically in certain areas, but there were others that didn't allow them to showcase all the knowledge they had.
