Chapter 60. Very Noisy

“Let me help,” said Mike, who was now beside Angeline, the dark-haired bartender helping to carry Daniel. He and Angeline both carried Daniel, who looked helpless.

They both then carried Daniel into the car, but the man still closed his eyes without knowing what was happening to him at the moment. After Daniel was put to sleep in the car, Mike and Angeline went out for a moment to take a breath.

Angeline let out a long breath; she really felt exhausted carrying Daniel’s big body from the bar building. Unlike Mike, the man did not feel the least bit tired because he was a man and had more energy, unlike Angeline, who was a woman.

Angeline did not leave immediately; she was still standing there with Mike, who was also still accompanying her. For a moment, Angeline looked at the face of the man who worked as a bartender.

“Have you been working here for a long time?” asked Angeline suddenly. She even forgot to thank Mike first for helping bring Daniel to his car.
