“Hey… are you and Lee really in a fight? What happened between you two, huh?” Even though Paige and I were only talking over a voice call while I was getting ready for work, I could almost picture her furrowing her brows and grimacing slightly. “This is getting ridiculous, you know. “I don’t have a problem with Lee… I’m not mad at her, and I don’t see her as an enemy… I just don’t know about her.” That was all I could say to Paige. I couldn’t explain to her what had really happened—what exactly caused Lee to be mad at me.
