Chapter 69
Sky’s POV
Two grimy hands are on my body; one covering my mouth and the other holding my wrists behind my back. I struggle to inhale through my nose, stifled by the rough and tight hold on my face.
In an attempt to adapt to the low lighting, I blinked my eyes and surveyed our surroundings. The sound of dripping water fills my ears as I take a whiff of the air, and I can detect a damp and musty scent that can only come from a wet dog.
A sudden cry of pain echoes through the small tube. My body is propelled forward by the force of the touch from the individual, compelling me to walk towards the shouting that grows louder. My heart races and my palms get sweaty as soon as I detect the scent of blood.
‘Let me out.’ Blue growls.
