Chapter 11. He Asked Lily to Marry Him

"What about your pregnancy?" What did the doctor say?" Sandy quickly grabbed Lily's hand, who had just entered the house. She couldn't wait to hear the story of her best friend, who went to the doctor today for a gynecological check-up. Sandy's face was beaming as she waited for Lily's story.

Lily sat quietly on the center sofa, surrounded by her best friends. Her eyes deliberately looked at Sandy with a look that was difficult to interpret. Sandy's shining eyes turned grim. She was afraid that the outcome of Lily's story would not be what she expected. However, when Lily suddenly smiled, Sandy changed her face again.

"I'm having twins," she said without hesitation. Lily took out the pregnancy test results and gave them to Sandy. "My babies are so cute."

"Lily, congratulations. I'm happy to know that my niece is doing well." Sandy congratulated Lily and hugged her tightly. "You have to take care of your baby. I'll help."

Sandy turned to Steve, who just smiled
