Chapter 14. The Look in Her Eyes

Ryan's gaze fell on Lily, who was now walking towards him. His heart was beating fast. Lily's sad eyes reminded him of the last time she left home. Ryan thought she was fragile, but she was not. The Lily he saw now was a different Lily.
