Selene's POV

Dominic took me near our house. He just left when he saw me enter the house.

"Who's that?"

I jumped slightly in shock when I heard Felix's voice.

"The f*ck? Brother, you surprised me!" I complained to him.

He frowned before approaching me. I was surprised when he flipped my forehead.

"I ask you, who was the man you were with earlier?" He asked me.

My eyes widened when my brother asked me.

Did he see us earlier?

"Well..." you know! What will I say?

I swallowed before taking a deep breath. "Do you still remember the day I was taken to the hospital? It was him."

Felix raised his eyebrows. "Really? Then, why didn't you send him here so we could say thanks?"

That's the problem.

That's why I'm not telling you about Vera. She told me to stay away from him, but I didn't obey.

"Don't worry. They already thanked Niko for that. So, brother, can you just not tell the two of them?" I asked him.
