Chapter 20

Selene's POV

I didn't realize that I fell asleep because I was so tired that's why it took me so long to wake up.

I just fixed my hair and changed my clothes before looking at the cellphone clock.

10:26 p.m.

Bet they're all asleep. Those three go to bed early.

When I came out of the room, the first thing I saw was the dark road.

Good thing I'm a vampire and our eyes are clear even in the dark.

I went to the kitchen and looked for something to eat there. I was very happy to see the food on the table.

There is also a plate next to this with only two pizzas. It seems that they really lived with me.

I just grabbed a spoon and fork before turning on the light in the kitchen.

I sat on the chair and was about to eat when I saw notes stuck to the lid of my food.

I quickly took it and read what was written.

'Sorry. '
