Chapter 3
Danrious’s POV
I rubbed my cheek, where she slapped me. This is something I will never forget!
I’m enraged right now! This is the first time I’ve been slapped! And it was that girl! She’s nothing more than a fucking maid! She is only a toy to us!
I expected her to surrender after what we did, but this one will be tough. And what interests me is that I used hypnosis on her, but she didn’t seem to be influenced in any way.
“Arrrgh,” I yell as I punch the floor, and my identical brother continues to mock me.
“It’s unfair! We both kissed her, so why was I being slapped alone!? Let me slap you too!” Darn it! We’re meant to be on the same page all the time.
“Hahaha, maybe she liked my kiss or was offended when you called her Runo? It sounds like a dog’s name, after all,” he joked.
“Pfft jerk! You’re probably right! Come on! I’ll get my revenge on that woman for slapping me.
She must have the nerve to do that, huh?” I yanked Niel up.
“Don’t seek vengeance, bro; we just had our pet; she just entered her cage, and now you want to set her free?” I smirked at him.
“As if she could get out of here alive. She’s our prisoner now, and she’ll die here, just like the rest,” he said as we exited our room.
“But I like her, Rious. It feels nice teasing her. Let’s see if she can handle everything we prepared for her with her stubborn attitude.”
“All right, you’re really handsome, my twin,” I said, and he laughed.
“Of course! We’re twins, after all!”
We approached her room, and you could hear her crying from outside.
I didn’t bother knocking; instead, I opened the door with the spare key to her room that I had.
She has no idea that this room will become her confinement.
“How did you get in there?” I handed her the key, and Niel began approaching her.
“Are you still crying? Allow me to wipe your tears.” He was about to approach her when she slapped him, which made me laugh. Now we’re even.
“Fuck,” he said, restraining his temper, then took a deep breath and kneeled in front of a trembling woman. Kaelynn.
“Hey, stop crying, get up, and go to Darenn’s room already; we’re sorry for what we did, okay? We expect that you will enjoy it.” Here’s the side of Daniel that every female adores. He’s the nice man, while I’m the bad guy.
“I don’t care what you’re saying! I’m getting out of here!” She’s serious, and I can sense hate and disgust in her eyes, which makes me want to take better care of her, or, should I say, torture her.
“Do you truly believe you’ll be able to leave this place? Don’t you realize we picked you because no one will look for you?” She furrowed her brow.
“What exactly do you mean?” I approached her with my hands in my pockets and sat down in front of her.
“You were orphaned. If I kill you, no one will look for you.” Her eyes had gone blank, only filled with horror. This reaction makes me want to bite her even more.
Come on! Fear us even more!
“Did you know Daniel and I had already killed all the maids here?” I smirked at her and waited for her reaction, but she just lowered her head. I couldn’t see her reaction at all, but she appeared to be crying again.
“He’s right, Kaelynn,” Niel continued, “but before they die, we let them experience the overwhelming pleasure before we end their life.”
“He is correct. So, do you wish to experience heaven with us or continue to struggle to escape!?” She’s not responding and has her head down.
“Oh, you’re serious? Do you think I’ll believe you two? So, if they’re dead, how are they moving?” We weren’t expecting that from her.
“Pffft,” I exclaimed. She is correct. I completely forgot about the detailed explanation.
“Niel, I completely forgot about that! You have to explain it to her, lol.” Niel moved in closer and whispered, “Simple, we drink their blood first, then that’s when we make them our slaves forever.” Runo looked at Niel after he said that. I thought she would fear us, but we were shocked when she stood up and removed the dirt from her pants.
“I don’t believe you two; do anything you want, but you won’t terrify me. I’ll simply wait for Sir Daryl and inform him of what you two did to me.” She threw her suitcase at us, and we were taken aback by her determination.
What happened to all that fear? What in the world happened!? She truly irritates me!
“Get out of my room; I still have things to do. I’ll look after your brother when he wakes up. You two should start getting ready for school right now.” She shoved us out, and we couldn’t do anything because she had already shut the door.
I glance at Niel; he has done the same thing to me. This is the first time that has happened to us.
“Rious, how did she do that?” Niel questioned me, and I already knew what he was talking about.
“I’m not sure,” we both say, staring at her closed door. How did she overcome her fear and become brave?

Niel straightened my necktie, and I did the same for him; I was currently in his room. I prefer to be with my twin. Thus I spend most of my time here.
We were still little when our mother abandoned us to our father, and we have only trusted each other since then.
Our mother is our father’s second wife, and Daryl is our half-brother, who is four years older than us. Nonetheless, we still respect and love him, but I only have faith in my twin.
My twin and I could only rely on each other, so when our mother left, and our father decided to find another wife, we didn’t mind as long as we were together.
“Do you think Darenn is awake now, Rious?” I sigh and shrug. We cannot enter Darenn’s room due to the presence of that woman.
I’m not sure why, but I’ve been scared since she shoved us out of her room, and I’m reconsidering making her suffer now, maybe later when we get home from school.
“Are you still thinking about what happened earlier?” he inquired as he combed my hair.
“Not really,” she replied, but she did amaze me.
“I know you’re awestruck by her, Rious,” I smirked. We’re identical! We have similar thoughts, and I can’t hide anything from him.
“Yeah, she amazed me,” we both smirked, and I suspected he already knew what I was planning.
“Tonight?” he asks.
“Sure, haha,” we laugh as we leave our rooms and knock on Daryl’s door.
“Come in,” he said, and we entered his office.
“What do you think of what Kaelynn told me earlier?” he inquired, and we simply scratched our heads.
“You already know that. We’re on our way to school now.” He nodded and returned to what he was doing on his laptop.
We left Daryl’s room and walked to Darenn’s.
“He’s still a workaholic,” Niel noticed, and I agreed. Daryl has nothing to do except compute and manage our company’s finances; being the heir to the family business is challenging. We’re lucky to be second sons and can do whatever we want.
We knocked on Darenn’s door, and the person who opened it was a frowning Runo.
“What?” she asks, her voice bored.
“Darenn, where are you? We’ll just tell him we’re leaving for school right now.” Niel smiled at her while I merely frowned. This girl truly irritates me.
“Sir Darenn, your brothers are here. They’re going to school now.” Darenn approached us, and we hugged him.
“Bye-bye Tanyus, bye-bye Tanyel,” he kisses us both on the cheeks, and all of my unpleasant feelings about this girl vanish.
“We’re on our way to school now. We’ll bring you some presents when we return, okay?” Darenn nodded when I said this.
“We’ll be there for you when you wake up tomorrow. Bye, Renn!” We hug him again, and because he’s so cute, we kiss him on the cheek.
We waved goodbye and walked out the door. “There’s no one cuter than our little brother,” we
both exclaimed at the same time.
“Good thing he didn’t get our father’s looks and got him from his mother,” Niel commented.
“You’re correct. And we didn’t inherit anything from dad either; Daryl did because he was the next heir.” I said which is true. Only Daryl resembled our father among us. Niel and I got ours from our mothers, and Renn got him from his mother.
We have different mothers, and I’m unsure if we’ll have another one because our father is a jerk.
***
I drove the car to school while Daniel was in the backseat.
We split up to go to our respective departments when we arrived on campus. I’m studying Graphic Artist, and my twin is exploring Fashion Design; he loves creating clothes and suits.
I’m bored. Everything is uninteresting if the same species of vampire surround you everywhere. Also, how long has it been since my last sexual encounter? Because of the odd time slot, no mortals want to change their schedules here.
“Hmm, let’s go to the bar later?” I asked my twin during our break, and we were on the rooftop.
“Nah. I don’t want to. I can’t wait to get home!” I’m reminded of our new maid once more.
“Doesn’t it feel amazing kissing her?” These words came out of nowhere.
“That’s why I want to do it again.” I was surprised that he agreed with me.
“What if we bother her again tonight?” We exchange glances and laughs.
“As in, threesome? That would be my first time doing it with you, hahaha!” He spanks me on the head
“Stupid! We’ll do it one after the other. Rock, paper, and scissors?”
“Sure!” And we ditched our last subject, dashed to the parking lot, and drove home.
When we arrived home, everyone was asleep except for her because she was assigned to wait for us; we spotted her in the living room, already looking drowsy.
“Shall we wake her up?” I ask Niel.
“Stupid! Let’s do it here on the couch, where no one is looking.” I laugh at him because he’s already that thrilled, but I halt when we see Runo get up and move toward the kitchen.
“Hurry up, you two. Eat first, then sleep,” Runo replied, rubbing her sleepy eyes.
We followed her to the kitchen, where we discovered a steaming soup-like dish on the table.
“What exactly is it?” She looks at us with piercing eyes, but it’s clear she’s drowsy.
“Of course, egg noodles; what else?” I’m unsure if I will be annoyed by her sarcastic tone or laugh at the terrible food she served us. Where did she get these noodles?
“Hahahahaha!” I look at my twin, laughing so hard that I can’t help but join in.
“Hahaha! Let’s simply eat. Let’s do that thing next time.” I dragged my brother over to a steaming pot of noodles with mixed eggs.
“What type of food is this? This is ridiculously cheap.” I then took a drink of the noodle broth.
Not bad for a commoner’s food.
“The eggs are too funny. You just threw it into the pot,” Niel replied, and I laughed.
“I did put it directly into the pot. That is, by the way, the orphanage children’s favorite snack.”
She then smiled at us warmly, and my heart skipped a beat.
I gaze at my twin, who is still staring at Runo.
Maybe she threw something on the noodles? Is it like a magic potion or something? What the hell am I feeling? Is this for real?
Damn!
