Chapter 25. Peaceful Day

Sophia’s POV

In the afternoon, it was detection class, but this time only Sir Payne arrived. All of us were happy that at least we would not suffocate with the Moonlight class' annoying presence. Detection class was just Sir Payne telling us our grades regarding last Monday's exercise since he was told to take it easy on us.

We chuckled when he pouted that Principal Grum and the other parents practically scolded him hard. I actually got a higher score than I expected. Sandra told me that Ben appealed to Sir Payne that I should be given a high score since I also helped kill the leopard, guess I should thank him when I see him. Then some of my classmates told me that it was also because of the lion incident. They were quite impressed that I managed to buy time and even almost finish it off, as it was so dangerous if it was left alive.
