Chapter 65

After recounting the details of the battle with Iden to Raymond and Marvin, I was relieved that they offered nothing but their support to me. Raymond said that he would give Nocturne and I the next few days to rest before we would discuss how the empire would be celebrating our victory. He sent me back to the estate, relieving me of all my duties for the next few days. I immediately teleported to the front lobby of the estate. I let out a huge sigh of relief as I found myself in a familiar and safe environment.

 “Oh, my lord, you have returned.” Andrew noticed me as he was walking through the lobby.

 “Has the lady returned as well?” I asked him.
