Chapter 16. Growth
Why were my parents always treating me like a child? I am already 21. I am a legal adult, and I deserve a chance to prove that I can do things my own way.
I am going to plan a date for them to meet with Min Jun and this time I am not going to give them a chance to decline. They either accept that I have chosen the man I want to spend the rest of my life or forget about attending my wedding.
I got to my room and decided to talk to Min Jun about the wedding. When we met last night, he walked off angrily. I needed to find out why and make him apologize for calling me a spoilt rich brat. I wasn’t like every other rich person he had met, I was the well-mannered, overprotected, socially awkward daughter of a rich dad.
I dialed his number and watched it ring. Was he really going to be like this? Making me beg for his attention, I was paying him for this, the least he could do was play his part right.
“What do you want?” Min Jun asked.
