I ran like the coward I was. I didn't even look back, heading to the secret garden. The music was everywhere, the festivities, the screaming and I just wanted some silence.

The sun was beginning to set but I could see the path clearly. Although I had only been there twice, I knew the way like the back of my hand. My cheeks were stained with tears and my mascara ran down in small, dark streams.

I couldn't believe I had been so daft that I had led that cheating bitch into the palace. I should have known from her suspicious questions and how relaxed she had been in the Paradise Palace.

Had I even run into her with my drink or had she put herself in my way intentionally? So many questions played around in my head and I felt like the biggest fool.

The deed has been done. No use beating yourself up.

I threw myself beside the pool and buried my head between my legs. Hot tears continued rolling down my cheeks as I thought about the events
