Just then, I saw Serena walk into the throne room and I was immediately suspicious. I had not figured out who her spy was or the people she was working with so till then, I was on my guard.

Following after her, the guards stationed at the door bowed when they saw me approaching.

"Why did you let her in there?" I asked in raised tones.

They exchanged confused looks and lowered their gaze. The one by the left spoke for the group. "She is the Luna, your Majesty and we are only common guards. How could we have said No?"
