Florence’s POV

“How dare you!” Nonnie screamed, wincing in pain.

“Shut your mouth!” I yelled back at Nonnie. I noticed the blood in her mouth from hitting her, and I was very satisfied. “You’re lucky I’m in a good mood today, Nonnie. I would have given you a good beating if I weren’t…”

“How dare you come to my office and assault my staff!” the manager started to say.

“I can do that now that I don’t work for you anymore!” I cut in. “You’re lucky I’m in a good mood today, mister. I would have created a scene or two before I left. Both of you disgust me!” I spat at Nonnie. “You deserve each other. I hope your life remains caged in this disgusting bar forever.” I finished and then walked out of the office.
