Anastasia’s POV

After William left, I remained on the floor and just grieved. I kept crying until I couldn’t anymore. My entire body hurt from being beaten up, and I could barely breathe.

I phoned the maids downstairs to come upstairs and attend to me. They moved me to the infirmary downstairs, and a doctor was sent. I spend the rest of the day in pain. My arm was massaged and bandaged, and I was injected multiple times. Eventually, the doctor left, and I felt strong enough to make a call before passing out.
