Chapter 247
The room felt too much filled with enemies. Felicity had no escape route. It was obvious to her that she needed to think very fast. Aunt Clarissa sprang into action and grabbed a nearby vase and hurled it at the armed men which distracted them for some moments.
“Well!” Uncle Baron shouted, dragging Felicity along by her arm toward the back door. Joseph grabbed Austin as they made their way out. They burst through the door into their backyard while gunshots and shouts echoed behind them.
They dashed across the backyard and entered into a nearby forest before Uncle Baron could even breathe.
“We have to fasten our pace,” he said scanning their surroundings with his eyes open wide. Felicity nodded but her heart was still beating quickly.
“Where are we heading towards?” Uncle Baron paused for a moment,
