Chapter 24

Collin smiled upon seeing the woman’s reaction when she opened the door and said, “Surprise!” Then, she blinked her eyes in disbelief, but before she could question him, Collin immediately wrapped her body with his tight embrace. “I miss you,” he whispered before kissing her forehead.

“Am I dreaming?” Aubrey asked because she could be dreaming at the moment. Right, she remembered going to bed earlier.

While she was dazed and confused, Collin decided to tease her. Then, he simply held her hand before placing it inside his pants. She was startled and jumped on her feet. Colin chuckled at her reaction and said, “Now, you’re awake.”

Aubrey rolled her eyes at Collin, but she couldn’t get mad when he looked so damn fine in a white t-shirt and blue jeans. “I hate you,” she said, but it lacked conviction. So, when he hugged her again, she didn’t complain and let him.
