There was something that had bothered me since the day I had become conscious of my existence; it was the mark in-between my chest. I had become worried about it when I had read that children born into the royal family had no blemishes. They had no spot whatsoever on their bodies except they got injured.

However, I had a mark which I believed had been since my birth right in between my chest. I had taken it to mean that either something had gone terribly wrong or I was not the king’s child.
