Keenan’s POV

“Yes Your Majesty,” she replied and I could feel my bland expression morphing into dissatisfaction.

Thallus dismissed me immediately after Raya left our sight I was certain to prepare to see her. Even in a disguise Raya as Bella looked stunning. I could understand why Thallus was moved by her beauty but I was prepared to murder him in cold blood and damn the consequence should he make an untoward move on Raya.

I slipped into Thallus’s personal garden and hid behind a large pot of flower. Soon Thallus strolled in and it was not long after that Raya arrived.

I could see Raya giggling at whatever nonsense it was that Thallus was whispering in her ear. I was not sure what Raya hoped to achieve with this but I knew that I was extremely vexed about the way things stood now.
