Raya’s POV

I could not understand why Keenan was so angry. Our goal was to avenge our parents death, we did not have the liberty to indulge our petty emotions. In spite of myself I found his anger cute. I decided to kill time a little before returning to the Dark Moon pack. So I tidied up the cottage before I left.

By the time I left, the night had fallen, and I hoped that I was able to avoid bumping into Lord Christopher at the mansion. I was contemplating accepting Thallus’s offer to work at the palace but I did not want us to lose intel on what was happening in the Dark Moon pack. Besides it was important that we knew when they planned to stage the attack on the Light Moon pack so we could inform Lady Tamar about it.
