Keenan’s POV

I desperately wanted to warn Raya about Lord Christopher. I guessed that now that Thallus had pissed him off, he was going to vent his anger on the inhabitants of his household which included Raya.

I wished there was something else I could do besides warn her then I remembered that my blood had healing powers. If I could give her my blood should Lord Christopher hurt her, she would be able to recover.

So, I took a jar, cut myself, and poured my blood into it. Once the small jar was full, I set out to leave hoping that Thallus would not need me while I was gone. If he noticed that I had disappeared especially without having informed him of my whereabouts he might be suspicious.
