Keenan’s POV
He was the only man doing so or perhaps the only one who could dare. “But here is a document of the late Alpha suggesting a candidate for his son’s marriage,” completed Lord Christopher.
He stepped forward and climbed the throne to give the document to Thallus which he took and examined. The look on Thallus’s face did not undergo any major change as he perused the document but I could tell that he had not anticipated this and he was very displeased with what he had just read. I could also sense from his expression that what he held in his hands was in no way going to influence his decision.
“There in your father’s handwriting is the formal request of his to marry Tamar, my daughter. I was shocked when he made this request but what choice did, I have but to give it a look?”
