Keenan’s POV
“There is no point,” said Thallus in a weak tone. He sounded tired, I resolved not to suggest anything except necessary to him tonight because as someone who had had two narrow escapes from death, he needed to rest properly.
I eyed him with sympathy, if I were in his position sleep would elude me for several days afterward. Then I remembered Raya who had on many occasions now narrowly escaped death.
