Chapter 183. The Door

“Don’t worry, it might lead somewhere interesting,” he replies in a nonchalant manner. The other two just stare at him suspiciously, wondering what he could be up to now. But as always, he doesn’t answer anymore questions, and just walks off without another glance back, leaving both girls confused and slightly uneasy.

They then decide to check out the tunnel where the girl had told them about, because she also said she’d be coming back soon to find them.

Both of them walk slowly, but they keep looking back every now and then. The tunnel is pitch black inside but when they’re almost halfway down, the light of the candle lantern shines upon something.

“Look, over there!” Yuna exclaims, pointing at what looks like another opening. “Let’s check it out. Maybe there is treasure there!” she adds excitedly.

“Yeah, sure, whatever,” the taller brunette responds sarcastically, turning away and continuing to walk forward.
