“Why are you surprised? Don’t I look good in my traditional attire?” she asked without looking at me.
“Sure…why not…it’s great on you, your utmost mariners.” The blue lace, which was sewn into a blouse and skirt, actually looked good on her, as they even matched her shoes and make-up. I wasn’t paying any attention to her as my left hand tried in vain to open the door, which was mysteriously locked. I finally gave up on the handle as she began to speak in a serious tone.
“I didn’t come here on a complimentary visit, my dear, but in case you want to know, after leaving you, I have eight hundred and fifty-six members to visit.”
“What is…what is the purpose of your visit, your utmost mariners?”
“The purpose of my visit?”
She laughed hysterically while I shivered in my seat. She stopped abruptly and resumed talking while a strange darkness gradually enveloped the interior of the car
