Chapter 41. KuLaa's Crew

“Wait! What?” Ryan exclaimed in shock. “ We…we will be on this water for three years?” His eyes were almost plucked out of his sockets. 

“Mmm.” Alice nodded. “Since you are here now, I might as well take you around and show you around.” 

Remembering how angry Megan was the last time he was just talking to Alice, Ryan felt wary. Then, Megan was there with them, yet she was that angry. Now that she was absent, if she later got to know that he spent time with Alice, what would happen? He knew Megan was being unreasonable, but there was nothing he could do about it. She was his Luna and wife. Since he had promised to stay away from Alice, Ryan shook his head and made to leave. “It's not necessary. I will look around myself.” He said. 

“It's my duty, Ryan, and KuLaa asked me to.”
