Chapter 65. Who Is She?

Matt’s POV

A smile remained fixated on my face as I gently rocked Angel.

Each time she would yawn and make little sounds, my chest would warm up.

I had never thought of children, nor did I think I would love any. But here I was, completely in love with her.

No one. Absolutely no one, including me, would have believed I was capable of feeding a baby and changing diapers.

But again, that had become my regular routine, and I didn’t mind. I felt like a father and was somewhat proud of it.

Baby Angel had become the center of everyone’s lives. She’s just too adorable.

“Is she asleep?” Hannah asked as she stormed into the room.

“Yes, finally.”

“Give her twenty minutes. She’ll wake up wailing again for food.”

I chuckled. “It’s the only job she has.”

“Alright, I’ll watch her. You should go get some rest.”

“Rest? Who needs more rest between you and me? Besides, I don’t mind watching this little angel.”
