Chapter 64. Angel

Hannah’s POV

I heard the sound of running feet and my name. But I remained frozen in pain.

It took a couple of seconds to realize what was happening.

Matt was beside me in a flash, yelling my name. “Hannah! Hannah! What’s wrong?”

I heard Emily gasp. “She’s having the baby!”

The realization really dawned on me.

“I’m having my baby. Oh my God. Oh my God! What should I do? She’s early, right? Is that good?”

Emily immediately rushed to me. “Breathe. Everything’s going to be alright. You’ll be just fine.”

“I’ll get the car,” Oliver announced before bashing off.

I yelped again in pain.

“It’s alright, love. Let’s take small steps. One step at a time,” Emily whispered gently to me.

With both her and Matt’s help, I began to take small steps.

“You’ve got this, Hannah. You’re going to be fine,” Matt continued to encourage me.

Somehow, we managed to get me down the stairs and out of the shop.
