Chapter 13. The Craving Beast

Lena’s POV

I woke up to a soft breathing in my ear. I tried to move but something was holding my waist down. Lucas was sleeping soundly behind me with his hands draped around my waist.

How could he sleep so peacefully after keeping me awake all night?

If i hadn’t begged him to stop when i couldn’t feel my legs anymore, he would have kept going. Who knew he was so insatiable and full of energy? Right, he is an Alpha. They are usually very strong and vibrant. I shouldn’t have expected less from one of the most powerful Alpha in the city.

Turning to face him, I noticed how innocent and calmed he looked when he was sleeping. He was completely different from the domineering Alpha that everyone feared. He looked so normal.
