Chapter 14. Maid Of Honour

Lena’s POV

Few days later.

I had completely moved into the Alpha Lucas house and it has been going more smoothly than I expected.

My mother’s health has been improving greatly but she wasn’t in perfect condition yet. Lucas got her discharged from the hospital and moved her to a private nursing home when she has been receiving better treatment.

When she was settled in the nursing home, Lucas followed me to officially meet her as my fiance. To my surprise, he was calm and very humble in front of my mother and she instantly fell in love with him forgetting for a minute that our marriage was nothing but a deal.

My mother asked him to take good care of me and be patient with me because I was too stubborn for my own good.

The Anderson’s family requested to meet my family before Lucas and I register our marriage. Lucas brought her from the nursing home and Lucas’s mother was surprised when she saw her.
