Chapter 174. The Last Laugh

Lena’s POV

It’s been a week since I’ve been locked up in the police station and under investigation. Theo visited me on a daily basis to update on what was going on outside.

First, my mother was now staying with Theo’s family and still undergoing treatment which I thanked him over and over for.

He also told me that he didn’t tell her that I was arrested, he had made up an excuse for my absence because he wanted me to be the one to tell her what’s going on and I totally understood where he was coming from.

Then, Daisy had a bouncing baby boy but she was still in the hospital because of some complications that were not life threatening, thankfully.

Of course, Liana came to see me and apologised for not being able to help but at least I was happy that something good was happening in her life.

Ian handed over the ownership of their family company back to her father, so they were back in Moonlit pack to continue from where they left off.
