“Wait, he is really your mate?” I asked in surprise as I laid upside down on the bed with my legs on the headboard. “You only thought about telling me now? what a friend you are.”

“I didn’t know what to do about it, that’s why I kept quiet. I’m so sorry for not telling you earlier,” she said from over the phone.
