Chapter 31. Don’t Do This!
"What I'm talking about was-" Mila cut off Yana's words, which made her dumbfounded.
"So, you knew all along?" She shook her head sideways in disbelief. "How can you not tell me, Yana? We're best friends, aren't we?" Mila kept her distance from her as she dodged Yana's grip.
Tears started to form in Mila's eyes as she felt a sting of betrayal. Just by looking at her friend, the answer was already evident.
"Uhm, y-yes, I knew. I'm sorry, Mila."
Mila's jaw dropped to the floor at her confession. She must admit that what she knew right now was way more shocking than what she learned yesterday.
