Chapter 33. Sneaked Out

Rose woke up when she heard loud noises outside her room. She rubbed her eyes while slowly taking off her pink blanket. She yawned, and even though she was still tired, she forced herself to stay awake when she heard two voices talking loudly.

Rose got out of bed and walked to the door of her room. She turned the knob and peered out.

Opposite to Rose's room was her daddy's room. When she realized the loud voices were coming from her dad's room, she squinted her eyes and tilted her head. She ran to Edward's room out of curiosity and tried to get in, but the door was locked.

Rose sighed in disappointment and put her ear to the door to try to hear what was happening inside that forced them to yell.
