Chapter 61

When Antoine’s eyes adjusted to the streetlights behind Yuu, the vampire was as stunning as ever. He was so beautiful that Antoine stopped in his tracks several meters in front of him, too overcome to move forward. Yuu didn’t attempt to step any closer, either.  

“Yuu. What did you want me for? I didn’t think we were on speaking terms,” Antoine said.  

“Roberto left me. We could talk again.”

“No, that’s not my problem. You chose him over me, after all.”

Yuu shrugged. “That’s not why I called you here.” 

“What is it then?” Antoine asked, feeling completely mystified.

“It’s about Pierre.”

“PIERRE?! Where is he?!!” Antoine demanded.

“At the apartment. Now, with that said, I’ll be off. Go to him. He needs you.”
